I welcome any drills you have for more effective grip fighting. Judo and all jiu jitsu have thrashed my fingers to the point where I don't use spider guard grips or lassos anymore. I can't even make a tight fist, so I'm hoping to find alternative ways to grip and strike. For example, pistol and lapel grips are working well instead.
If anyone has any rehab ideas for cauliflower fingers, I would appreciate it. Pengin Fingers have been a nice go-treatment, but the relief is temporary. My fingers and fretboard thanks you!
